  1. Great receipt Beni! Glad you are brining healthy living to the Body of Christ :)You might also want to check out 'Follow Your Heart'... They have some raw & cooked receipts using their vegan products. This is one example of a raw receipt: Sun-Dried Tomato Basil Cheese Log http://www.followyourheart.com/recipes/13/ They also have some yummy cheese cake receipts on their website-just one caution make sure you get the non-hydrogenated vegan cream cheese (they have two kinds) add some soy yogurt e.g., blueberry or cherry to make the cheese cake a little tangier.

  2. Can you give me spelling for ingredient that you use instead of soy sauce? Can't wait to make this. Made my mouth water!
BTW Made some spiral sliced veggies today and used with some organic spaghetti sauce. It was very tasty. Thanks for sharing!

  7. I'm going to make this today! Thank you for the video!! My family and I just got back from visiting my folks in NZ last week and I am still jet lagged bleh. Watching this video has just motivated me to go raw for the week, good idea! I've followed Natalia's raw detox before but it's been awhile. When is your book coming out Beni?! I think I remember on FB awhile back there was perhaps a health book coming out? I would love to get my hands on that when it does. Thank you!
